SHIPPING POLICY

 

At Lark & Legacy, we’re committed to delivering your order with care—beautifully packed, securely shipped, and clearly communicated every step of the way.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During launches, restocks, and seasonal peak periods, processing times may extend slightly. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll notify you by email.

Shipping Locations

We ship to the United States and select international destinations where shipping is enabled at checkout. If your location isn’t available at checkout, contact us and we’ll let you know what options may be possible.

Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected service.

  • We partner with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and DHL (carrier options vary by destination).

Estimated Delivery Times (After Processing)

Delivery estimates begin after your order ships and may vary by carrier and destination:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available at checkout)

International

  • International Standard: 7–21 business days

  • International Express: 3–7 business days (when available at checkout)

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, and high-volume shipping periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If an order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

  • If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update it before shipment.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing quickly to ship orders on time.

  • Requests to change or cancel an order must be sent within 12 hours of placing it.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

International Orders, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and processing fees required by their country. These fees are not included at checkout and are not controlled by Lark & Legacy.

If a package is refused or unclaimed due to customs fees, the order may be returned or abandoned. In these cases, original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may be subject to shipping limitations depending on destination and carrier requirements. If an item cannot be shipped to your location after purchase, we’ll contact you promptly to arrange an alternative or issue a refund for the affected item(s).

Delays

While we do everything possible to ship on time, carriers may experience delays outside of our control. Lark & Legacy is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or customs processing.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If tracking shows Delivered but you have not received your package:

  • Check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier first.

  • If still missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan.

Lark & Legacy is not responsible for stolen packages; however, we will do our best to assist you with next steps when applicable.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@larkandlegacy.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging (inside and outside)

We’ll review and resolve the issue based on the situation.
